Enough, Inigo, Enough and Nose Is Not Toes were designed to be read by young children who are being taught to read by their parents at home. They were created in recognition of the orderly way in which a young child’s brain grows and develops, and are intended to be used and enjoyed as part of
the reading program outlined in Doman’s books How To Teach Your Baby To Read and How To Multiply Your Baby’s Intelligence.
Janet Doman is the director of The Institutes and Glenn’s daughter. She was actively involved in helping brain-injured children by the time she was nine years old, and after completing her studies at the University of Pennsylvania, devoted herself to helping parents discover the vast potential of their babies and their own potential as teachers.
