Dr. Mesen is the founder and Chief Medical Officer of the Stem Cells Transplant Institute in San José, Costa Rica. He is also the co-founder and Chief Medical Officer of the Anti-Aging and Wellness Clinic with locations in the Bahamas, Costa Rica, Mexico, and Panama.
